There’s a guy I know who put 125 people in his group in 30 days.  He did his first meeting with a small group of friends he invited over to his home…… He looked for the person that was most excited and expressed a desire and interest to make money and build a business and said, “I am available either Tuesday or Thursday next week to do your in-home and get your business launched, which day will be better for you?   They invited 8 people and 7 showed up to the new distributor’s first in-home; 6 out of the 7 enrolled and one wanted to try the product.  They looked for the most excited person and did the same thing again; “I am available next Tuesday or Thursday to get your business launched and do an in-home like this tonight, which day would be better for you?  

 

They invited all the people who enrolled at the first meeting to attend this second meeting for support; they were also asked to invite at least one or two people. This business is a lot like Follow The Leader, or Simon Says….. At this second in-home they had a total of 26 people who showed up….this was repeated two more times. 

 

There are a few keys which must be followed and are critical to your success:  The first and most important is to teach people how to invite properly….  The second is to show up!  The only people who move up show up.  Because we are all self employed and we have good days and bad days, good weeks and bad weeks… we need to be inspired, we need to know there are others who are working and having challenges as well.   No matter what you we do in life, in order to be successful, we must take ACTION AND BE COMMITTED.  Yes, it takes WORK………..it’s a simple business but not an easy business… if it was easy then we’d have 2 Million People earning over a million dollars a year!

 

So, follow these simple steps:

- If you’ve been in for a while and you haven’t reached your goals.  Plan, Do and Review!  What have you been doing and what’s working? what’s not working?

- Start over……….just start a new group.  Some of your inactive people may come back, but don’t wait for them.

- The best way to inject excitement and growth in your business is with NEW BLOOD……

-  If you want to make it to the top, you must think MONAVIE all the time

- You must become a recruiting machine!!!

- Forget the past… we are not Geese and we don’t have to fly South for the Winter… change course and go for it!  YOU CAN DO IT - IF YOU WANT IT BAD ENOUGH

 

Ok, so you scheduled your first in-home and now you’re ready to Rock ‘N Roll………….  I start off why Welcoming Everyone… play Food Matters or Food Inc, if you don’t have it, Email me for the link to the website.   I go through the opening, 2 Incomes are Better than one… This is on PowerPoint, if you need a copy Email me, then I do Carrie’s Flip Chart… I find her flip chart easy to understand and it hits on all the important points.  Remember, your people want to know a couple things:  #1)  Does the Product Work   #2)  Can I do this {so keep it simple and easy to duplicate}  #3)  Are YOU committed to helping them.  Remember this,  your prospect is always thinking, “What’s In It For Me?”

 

Now, the most important part……………….Inviting…………… Don’t give any information over the phone!!!!   You’ll blow your best leads!  How can you describe Monavie? The Momentum Video, how can your prospect taste the product over the phone???   Don’t give a lot of information over the phone…….unless it’s long distance.  Keep the ccuriosity level high.


You Must Convey the FEELING that you will make it to the top of the hill or they’ll find me dead on the side of the road.  No one wants to get involved in a business with no support and no commitment from the person they are enrolling with.  Be Committed!!

 

You can use your own approach, so here are some ideas on things to say and not to say when inviting:

BE EXCITED

Jim, I found something incredible….. I’ve found a way to make a boatload of money in the next few months, do you know anyone who may be interested in making some serious money?  {Now this is a little bit different twist… be prepared for them to say, “What do you have? or What is it?” }  If you tell them you LOSE!!!  Read on for more hints on how to handle this question!

 

-I’ve found the inside track to a new product category and I am helping to launch it into the area…. There’s a boatload of money on the table…  Can you imagine getting in on the ground floor of Coke, Pepsi or Red Bull………people have made millions!!!   I am having a few friends over to show them the product, have them sample it and show them what I am doing.  As you know, I have limited room, so I am only inviting key people I know…..
-Do you want me to save you a seat? 
-There isn’t anything that will come up which will prevent you from being here is there? 
- We’re gonna be RICH…

 

I wouldn’t tell people it’s Monavie.  First, there are very few people who know what Monavie  is…. so they’ll be searching the Internet for answers….   #2)  I’d say, I’ve got something I want to show you…..it’s going to make us a lot of money over the next few months…. I want you to be a part of it.

 

The invitee might say, “What is it”   -   I’d say, “It’s like nothing you’ve ever seen before! 

 

Your invited guest may say, “Well, can you tell me more?”  I’d say,  “Jim, If I could I would, but it’s 90% visual, you’ve got to see with your own eyes.  It would be like me trying to describe a Movie to you or a concert….   Trust me… all I am asking you to do is come and look….. that’s it…. it may or may not be right for you, but you’ll never know unless you take a complete look.

 

CALL, CALL, CALL……………sales is a numbers game.  That’s why companies advertise on TV and spend millions of dollars advertising on the Super Bowl…. the more people who see the greater the chance of success!!!  We get paid the advertising dollars by sharing the product and opportunity!

Last, you’re Team will do what you do.  If you do nothing and don’t recruit people, don’t expect them to.  If you don’t show up at meetings, don’t expect them to. If you aren’t on two cases of product to get the maximum commissions, don’t expect them to be.  If you are not committed to your success, don’t expect them to be!   Once again, this is Follow The Leader…. We lead by EXAMPLE not telling people what to do.  No one wants a BOSS, No one wants to be TOLD what to do!  Persuasion by EXAMPLE.  Once your people get their friends and family in the business; not only will Monavie be validated by other people joining, your people will also be paid…. it’s all about Validation!!!

 

If you’re not the lead dog the view never changes!!!
