You may think that I’m not WORKING becuase I’m not BLOGGING!  That couldn’t be FURTHER from the truth!

Hooty HOO….MonaVie is alive and well in the Dickie home!  In fact…we are drinking MORE THAN EVER…now that MonaVie ENERGY has arrived on the scene!  I LOVE THAT STUFF!

So….I’ve been talking about BUSINESS TIPS in my Monday morning webinar and in my opportunity meetings.  ONE tip has REALLY resonated with people….so listen up!

WHEN you sign up a new person…drinker or business builder…do you sit by your computer…watch their little “person” on the “tree” and say “GO….GO……Go……will ya?”  One of the 7 habits of HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE (a book on tape by Steven Covey) is to BE PROACTIVE.  You must be PROACTIVE in your MonaVie buisness…and in BUILDING YOUR TREE!

When I sign up a new person…I ask them to TELL me about their friends and family.  I ask them to tell me WHO they KNOW that needs more MONEY and more TIME…and BETTER HEALTH.  They tell me NAMES…and I ASK them the DETAILS.  What does she do?  How old is she?  Does she have a family?  What do you like BEST about her?  Is she entreprenurial?  Has she ever had her own business?  I am ALWAYS paying ATTENTION to the ANSWERS!  I am LISTENING FOR CLUES.  When we have our first TASTING…which should be no more than ONE WEEK OUT…..I want to know UP FRONT who I should be paying attention to!  I ask my new distributor “Who are you particularly excited about?”  I ask them to “Tell me about your guests!”  If I LIKE what I hear…I say “Let’s CALL them!”  I LOVE when I get the answering machine….cuz I can ASSESS them.  I can HEAR the clues in their VOICE and in their MESSAGE.  If YOU believe that people aren’t listing to YOUR voice…you better THINK AGAIN!  When you have a new distributor…your JOB…your GOAL….your BUSINESS is to FIND OUT WHO THEY KNOW…and HELP THEM TO SHARE THE BUSINESS with them!  You can do it by PHONE….by tasting party…..in person at Starbuck’s….or on a three way call across the United States or the globe!  YOU are the MOVER and the SHAKER.  Do NOT wait for THEM to GO……

YOU GO….yes….YOU GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   It’s ALL UP TO YOU!  When you get a new person…you have a WHOLE NEW WARM LIST.  Now TREAT your new person with RESPECT…and GAIN THEIR TRUST by being HELPFUL and by being a GOOD LISTENER.  Then do it AGAIN…and AGAIN…and AGAIN!
